Specialty Casting 
H-E Parts Distribution provides our customers with custom design casting and forgings. We provide parts in raw finished, semi finished and fully machined conditions - as per customer's requirement. Surface treatment includes - painting, powder coating, zinc plating, hard chrome plating or raw steel finish with rust preventive oil.Parts made of low carbon, medium carbon or alloy steel. Ductile and Grey Iron casting. Parts made on fully automated heat treatment facilities including area defined Induction hardening. H-E Parts Distribution can work with customer provided drawings or we have 3D scanner with AutoCAD facilities to do reverse engineering on customer provided samples. We have engineering software to compare the original part with 3D scanned image of a sample to generate First Article Inspection Reports. We take quality of our parts seriously. Our manufacturing partners have top quality facilities for Chemical Testing Spectrometer, Optical Microscope, Hydraulic Universal Testing Machine, Impact testing machine, hardness tester, X-ray and Ultrasonic testing machines. Custom inspection reports are provided on specific demands of our customers.
